After her graduation from Saint Benoit Lycee, Töre pursued a career in psychology during her studies in France and in Turkey. She has started her psychology education at Strasbourg University. After spending 3 years in France during her studies, she continued her education in Turkey at Istanbul Aydın University. After graduation, Töre continued her studies at Kent University where she got her master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Her master thesis was on the effectiveness of ACT on Anxiety Disorders. She is currently working in one of the most famous hospitals in Istanbul, in addition to her private practice. Töre is specialized on the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, and substance use problems in which her therapeutic approaches are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Analytical Therapy. She is a member of Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), and Association Francophone pour une Science Comportementale Contextuelle (AFSCC).
